Rosengarden Who knows?
It is a sequencer in all respects but has a defining characteristic, it is open source. Is defined as: easy to learn, attractive and ideal for musicians, composers and technicians of every kind of sound. The only flaw of this software is that it only exists for Linux and Unix in general and I do not know if it will ever be developed versions for Win or else. Here is a screenshot:
